Tenant's rights
The case of Coral Wood Page, Inc. v. GRE Coral Wood. LP, at 36 Fla. L. Weekly D2233, is interesting as well. In this case, the Second District ruled that a tenant had the right to the promise of quiet enjoyment of his property. The Court also ruled that the right of quiet enjoyment of a person's property is a separate and distinct right even if there is no constructive eviction.
